Tracking & Other Important Information

The tracking code will be provided to you with a shipping email which you can track online anywhere anytime. Orders will be delivered to your home. In case you don’t receive your order and the tracking code says ‘delivered’, you can check your nearest post office. If there is an issue with the size and the wrong size was sent to you, please contact us via our customer support email suppot@bape-sta.net. We will need 3 images of the sizes (i.e. Chest Size, Length & Sleeve Size) as evidence and then will send you another one of the same products in the right size for free.
